GRP panel tanks (sectional) advantages/ health issues.

Neama GRP panel water tanks are constructed with a thought to obtain best advantages on the’ health’ front.

Example...

light transmission – which grows algae if light is permitted to enter the tank, algae growth in the tank water leads

to disease (gastroenteritis) our tank panels are sealed (in between the panels) by the best PVC foam gasket

(scapa brand- made in England). And bolted with “c” channels to prevent light from entering the tank.

Rough texture of internal surface of the tank creates cavities which in turn allow bacteria to proliferate. Our tank panels are smooth internally/externally and do not allow any cavities to form hence stops growth of bacteria.

To avoid formation of rust we do not use any stainless steel internal supports because even with- ss-316 grade there will be some corrosion/rust will occur over a time period.

The GRP material is considered as the best material for storage of water.
