GRP PANEL TYPE WATER TANK (SECTIONAL) “TANK DESIGN”

The sophisticated design technology determined the optimum shape for the panels.

The shape of panels its pvc foam sealing gasket (scapa brand made in England) creates a very high degree of sealing.

(Even as the pressure in the tank increases)

with appropriate combination of tank panels, tank units of any capacity from 1 to unlimited gallons storage capacity

can be constructed. Depending on the requirement and site restrictions.

Neama grp water tanks are provided with proper -air vents, inspection (manholes) with tight fitting covers,

internal ladders made of pvc material, external ladders are either aluminum or steel coated with appoxy paint.

Reinforcement system is design and planned to be on the exterior, the system refers to support the stress

that occurs due to the hydraulic pressured exerted on the outer part of the tank. the system minimizes

the use of reinforcing material on the inside and keeps the water hygienic. this also help when the tank needs cleaning,

as there will be no obstructions of metallic parts.

Neama grp panel tanks can be supplied with heat insulated panel structure.

Routine maintenance requirements are minimal
